In order to prevent and control occupational diseases scientifically and implement a healthy enterprise culture, Ruiyu Company, in conjunction with the publicity week of the Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law in 2022, actively innovated work measures and carried out publicity and education activities with the theme of “preventing and controlling occupational diseases according to the law and caring for laborers practically” in an all-around way and in multiple forms.

 First, we set up a leading group for the prevention and control of occupational diseases, set up the Safety Supervision Department as the office for the prevention and control of occupational diseases, and established and improved the relevant work system and assessment methods to ensure the smooth development of the activities; second, we made full use of the propaganda media such as bulletin boards, public announcement screens, the company's website and the interactive platform for staff communication to form an all-around, multi-angle three-dimensional propaganda pattern, and intensified the propaganda efforts on the Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Act; third. By holding employee seminars and special training sessions to explain to the majority of employees on the protection of occupational diseases, legal knowledge of rights protection and health knowledge related to employees, to enhance the awareness of the majority of employees on the protection of occupational diseases and health rights protection.

Through the activities carried out, it has effectively improved the awareness and ability of the majority of workers in preventing and controlling occupational diseases, and created a good atmosphere for further improving the prevention and control of occupational diseases in the enterprise.
