Successful Competition for Management and Auxiliary Positions at Ruiyu Company in 2024
From August 26th to 29th, 2024, Ruiyu Company carried out open competition for 15 positions of production technology, 13 positions of operation management and 5 positions of logistic service, with a total of 39 people applying for participation.
The competition was divided into three stages: public opinion assessment, professional examination, and competition defense, and the results of each stage accounted for 20%, 30% and 50% of the total score respectively.
Public opinion assessment by the company does not participate in the competition of 96 employees to participate in scoring; professional examination content from the test bank, the examination results announced on the same day; bidding defense invited the supply and marketing company human resources department professionals to supervise and guide the whole process, the jury of 9 by the company's leadership, the department head, staff representatives, and by the workshop recommended 15 staff representatives as on-site supervisors, bidding results announced on the spot. The competition follows the principle of fairness, impartiality and openness from beginning to end, providing a stage for the competitors to fully display their talents.
