Therefore, when selecting the tray, firstly, it is necessary to satisfy the matching of the anchor tray and the anchor rod body in terms of strength, so as to avoid the phenomenon of anchor perforation caused by the insufficient strength of the anchor tray. The second is to meet the matching between the anchor tray and the anchor rod body in the support structure, to avoid the uneven force on the anchor rod body and nut due to the mismatch between the anchor rod body and the tray in the support structure, which affects the support effect of the roadway.

1.Transmission of thrust: the anchor tray can transmit the thrust generated by the nut locking to the top gang, thus generating the initial anchor force. This helps to reinforce the surrounding rock and prevent displacement of the top gang.

2. Transmission of resistance: At the same time, the tray also transmits the pressure of the roadway roof to the anchor rods, generating working resistance.
