There are various materials, shapes and types of anchor pallets made, and the common ones are butterfly pallets and flat pallets. In mines, butterfly-shaped trays usually have better load-bearing effect than flat plate-shaped trays, and can more effectively fix and support the structure above and below the coal seam.

1. Ensure that the anchor rod tray and the anchor rod body are matched in terms of strength to avoid the occurrence of anchor penetration due to the insufficient strength of the anchor rod tray.

2. Ensure that the anchor tray matches the anchor rod body in the support structure to avoid the uneven force on the anchor rod body and nut due to the mismatch between the anchor rod body and the tray in the support structure, thus affecting the support effect of the roadway.
