Shandong Ruiyu Carries Out Winter Fire Drill
In order to further strengthen the fire safety management and improve the fire safety awareness of the workers, Ruiyu Company organized 12 representatives from each department and workshop on November 18, 2024 to conduct a fire accident emergency treatment drill in the open space on the south side of A workshop. It is especially worth mentioning that the drill also emphasized the important role of rebar anchors and welded steel mesh in fire safety.
During the activity, the safety supervisor of the Safety Supervision Department introduced to the staff in detail the correct use of fire extinguishers and the fire extinguishing methods and principles of extinguishing different fires, and carried out a live demonstration. At the same time, the safety supervisor also specially explained the application of rebar anchors and welded steel mesh in building structure and its importance to fire safety. Rebar anchors can enhance the structural stability of buildings and reduce the risk of collapse in case of fire; while welded steel mesh can effectively prevent the spread of fire and buy valuable time for evacuation.
Subsequently, the workers present in turn carried out a fire extinguishing drill, everyone holding a dry powder fire extinguisher aimed at the root of the fire source from near and far to shoot, and soon extinguished the fire. Through this fire training and drill, it fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the staff to participate in the correct use of fire extinguishers, improved the staff's ability to put out the initial fire, and enhanced the staff's awareness of fire safety. At the same time, it also made the staff understand more about the important role of rebar anchors and welded steel mesh in fire safety and further improved the overall fire safety management level.
