Left-handed resin anchor is a high-strength, structurally sound anchor product with left-handed longitudinal ribless threaded steel type design. Storage and transportation:
Resin anchor metal rod body is stored in a dry place, the anchoring section shall not be stained with oil, the threaded section should take measures to protect against rust. During transportation, the rods should be prevented from collision and nut falling off, and the rods should not be damaged or bent. Installation and use process is as follows:
1. Select suitable metal rod body and anchoring agent in accordance with the design requirements.
2. Drill holes in the anchoring substrate at the demarcated position to ensure that the diameter and depth of the holes match the specifications of the anchor rods.
3. After the drilling is completed, remove the floating dust in the hole, and then inject the anchoring agent.
4. Use mixing machinery to drive the metal rod body and push it to the bottom of the hole, and the mixing time should be controlled within the anchor fixing agent gel time.
5. Avoid moving the rod body during the waiting time after mixing.
6. After waiting for the specified time, install the upper tray spinning nut, and then carry out the tensile strength test after the load-bearing time arrives.
