Installation conditions.

1、Determine the position of the anchor hole according to the design requirements, use an eye drill, anchor drill or electric coal drill to drill the eye, the depth is 80-100mm shorter than the length of the anchor. 

2、Extend into the bottom of the eye with pressure air pipe, and blow the rock dust into the hole by compressed air. 

3、Diameter of drill hole should be 6-12mm larger than the diameter of anchor rod. 

4、Feed the medicine roll into the bottom of the eye with the anchor, start the mixing device to mix, and strictly control the mixing time according to the requirements of resin anchor fixing agent. 

5、After reaching the curing time, put on the tray and turn the nut.
