How it works:

Equal-strength threaded steel type resin anchor is used to realize the supporting effect by using the metal rod body together with the matching resin anchoring agent. In the installation process, according to the design requirements, the rod body is inserted into the holes pre-injected with anchoring agent, and after curing by chemical reaction, the rod body is firmly bonded with the coal rock to form a high-strength support structure. By adding protection net and bearing tray at the threaded end and tightening with nuts, a solid support effect can be achieved.

This threaded steel resin anchor support system has many advantages, including effective control of roof stabilization, adaptation to rock movement, reduction of off-layer phenomenon, and solving the collapse problem. The multiple support forms and structures of the prestressed support system allow for mechanical installation and significantly improve the safety and reliability of the support.

Installation:

1. Select suitable metal rods and anchors according to design requirements.

2. Drill holes in the calibrated anchoring substrate to ensure that the diameter and depth of the holes match the specifications of the selected anchors.

3. After drilling, use pressurized air or water to remove floating dust in the hole and load anchoring agent.

4. Use mixing equipment to drive the metal rod body, while mixing and advancing to the bottom of the hole, the mixing time should be less than the anchor fixing agent gel time.

5. Avoid moving the rod body during the waiting time to ensure that the anchoring agent is fully cured.

6. After the specified waiting time, the pallet can be installed and the nut can be tightened, and the tensile strength test can be carried out after the bearing time is reached.
