Lefty anchors can be end anchors, extension anchors and full anchors. According to the steel grade, the left-hand anchor is classified as MG335/MG500/MG600, and the diameter of the rod body is from 16mm to 22mm, which can also be processed according to the construction requirements. Left-handed anchors are made of rods and accessories of different strengths and are used together with resin anchors. Working Principle:
1.Left-handed anchor is a support system composed of metal rod body, matching resin anchors and accessories.
2. According to the design requirements, the metal rod body is inserted into the holes through the pre-buried anchoring agent.
3. The anchoring agent is mixed with the metal rod body in the hole through agitation, and the anchoring agent undergoes a chemical reaction, which bonds the metal rod body to the coal rock and fixes it in the rock wall.
4. Install protection net and bearing tray at the threaded end of the metal rod body, and tighten it with nut to achieve the supporting function.
5. The high-strength prestressing support formed in this way can stabilize and control the roof plate, adapt to the movement of rocks, reduce or eliminate the phenomenon of layer separation, and solve the problem of roof collapse.
Installation:
1. According to the actual need to choose the appropriate specifications of the metal rod body and anchoring agent.
2. Drill holes on the anchoring substrate according to the designed hole diameter and depth to ensure that it matches the specifications of the anchor rods.
3. After drilling, remove the floating dust in the hole, and then put in the anchoring agent.
4. Use the mixer tool to drive the metal rod body, mix and push it to the bottom of the hole, the mixing time should be completed before the anchoring agent gel time.
5. During the waiting time, make sure the metal rod body does not move.
6. After waiting for the specified time, install the pallet, tighten the nut, and carry out the tensile strength test after reaching the bearing time.
