Anchor rod technical characteristics:

Right-hand anchor installation steps:
1、According to the design requirements to determine the position of the anchor hole, with an eye drilling machine, anchor drilling rig or coal electric drill drilling, . The depth is 80-100mm shorter than the length of anchor.
2、Extend into the bottom of the eye with a pressure pipe, through the compressed air, the hole will be blown clean of rock dust.
3、Diameter of the hole should be 6-12mm larger than the diameter of the anchor.
4、Feed the medicine roll into the bottom of the eye with the anchor, start the mixing device for mixing, and strictly control the mixing time according to the requirements of resin anchor fixing agent.
5、After reaching the curing time, put on the tray and tighten the nut.
