Anchor development:
At present, the design method of mining anchor support still stays in the stage of empirical design, and the newly developed on-site monitoring method helps to make further scientific judgment, and it is also developing towards the scientific theoretical calculation. Theoretical calculation methods have some problems, and are still generally used only as a design reference basis, but there has been great progress in the last decade or so. Installation conditions.
l, Determine the anchor hole position according to the design requirements, use eye drill, anchor drilling machine or coal electric drill to drill the eye, the depth is 80-100mm shorter than the length of the anchor.
2、Extend into the bottom of the eye with pressure air pipe, and blow the rock dust in the hole through compressed air.
3、Diameter of drilling hole should be 6-12mm larger than the diameter of anchor rod.
4、Feed the medicine roll into the bottom of the eye with the anchor, start the mixing device for mixing, and strictly control the mixing time according to the requirements of resin anchor fixing agent.
5、After reaching the curing time, put on the tray and tighten the nut.
