2024 Coal Industry Benchmarking Work Conference Held in Jining
The 2024 Coal Industry Benchmarking Work Conference was held in Jining City, Shandong Province, which was organized by China Coal Industry Association, co-organized by Shandong Coal Industry Association, and undertaken by Jining Energy Bureau and Jining Energy Development Group. The theme of the meeting was “discuss, build, share, and walk towards the new”, and the main task was to release the annual industry benchmark, summarize and exchange the experience of industry benchmarking and management work, further consolidate the industry's consensus, and make clear the direction and goal of the next industry benchmarking work.
The conference released 15 benchmark coal mines and 63 benchmarking cases in the coal industry in 2024, which cover a wide range of fields such as safety production, operation and management, scientific and technological innovation, clean and efficient utilization and enterprise culture construction. These cases provide valuable development experience and management reference for enterprises in the coal industry, and help promote the deepening reform and innovative development of the whole industry. At the same time, the conference also released the industry benchmark values of important coal mine indicators for 2024, involving a total of 32 indicators in nine dimensions. Compared with 2023, two indicators, namely full labor efficiency and raw coal unit manufacturing cost, have been added, and the per capita output value has been reduced, so as to more comprehensively measure the comprehensive efficiency and cost management level of coal mines.
It is worth mentioning that in this conference, the important role of rebar anchors and mining resin anchors in improving the safety and productivity of coal mines was particularly emphasized. As a high-strength support material, rebar anchors can effectively enhance the stability of the roadway and reduce the occurrence of geological disasters; while mining resin anchors further improve the safety of underground operations with their fast curing and high bonding strength. The application of these two materials not only reflects the latest achievements of the coal industry in technological innovation, but also provides new ideas and methods for other enterprises in production safety management.
