Uses
Cold-drawn steel wires for prestressed concrete strands: Used for the reinforcement of prestressed concrete structures, such as large-span bridges on railroads and highways, bridge crane girders, geotechnical anchoring works, multi-storey industrial buildings, sports stadiums, coal mines and so on.
PC wire, galvanized, ASTM A416-10, 270k, low relaxation, for bridge suspension and stay cables.
PE coated/coated strands: for large spans and bays of cast-in-place concrete floor slabs, large loaded precast girders and other specialized structures.
Steel Strand Structural Characteristics:
Anchor the strand through a weak rock formation or sliding surface by anchoring one end in a hard rock formation and then applying tension at the other free end to create pressure on the rock formation, thus fixing the unstable rock for anchoring.
Usage:
According to the diameter and length of the anchor cable, drill appropriate holes at the corresponding position, clean the debris in the holes, then pour in the appropriate amount of resin anchoring agent (the specific type and dosage is specified by the design), and push the resin anchoring agent to the bottom of the holes by using the anchor cable. Next, connect the end of the anchor cable to the connector of the anchor drilling rig, start the drilling rig, and mix the resin anchoring agent according to the specified time. After the resin has cured, install the pallets and anchors, and use the tensioner to stretch the anchor cable to a predetermined preload.
