The structure of mining anchor cable usually consists of three parts: amplitude anchor head, anchor cable body and outer anchor head. The inner anchor head, also known as the anchoring segment or anchor root, is the part of the anchor cable that is fixed in the rock body to provide prestressing. According to the structural form, the inner anchor head is divided into two categories: mechanical and cemented, while the cemented can be divided into two types: mortar cemented and resin cemented, of which the mortar type is divided into secondary grouting and primary grouting. External anchor head, also known as the external anchorage section, is the anchor cable to provide tension and fixed part of the species include anchor plug type, threaded type, reinforced concrete cylinder anchor pier type, pier head anchor type and steel frame type and so on. Mining anchor cable consists of steel strand, anchoring agent, tray, anchorage and other accessories, which are mechanically tensioned to exert active pressure on the surrounding rock, and is a device to provide support. Structural features:
The anchor is drilled through the weak rock layer or sliding surface, anchored at one end in the hard rock layer, and then anchored at the other end in the hard rock layer, and then anchored at the other end in the hard rock layer.

The method of use is as follows:

2. Use the anchor cable to push the resin anchoring agent to the bottom of the hole to ensure full filling.
Connect the end of the anchor cable with the anchor drilling rig connector and start the drilling rig to mix the resin anchoring agent according to the specified mixing time.
3. Wait for the resin to cure and then install accessories such as pallets and anchors.
Use the tensioner to stretch the anchor cable to the specified preload to complete the installation and fixing of the anchor cable.
