Anchor pallet is an integral part of the pipe slit anchor, and the materials used in its production include the rod made of welded ring and rolled head, the retaining ring made by cutting around the ring, and the pallet made by shearing, punching, and punching, and so on. The method of using anchor pallets is as follows:
1.Determine the hole position of the anchor according to the design requirements and use the drilling rig to make holes in the surrounding rock.
2.Ensure the hole is clean by blowing the rock debris out of the hole using a pressurized fan.
3.Ensure that the diameter of the rock hole is 6-12mm larger than the diameter of the anchor rod to accommodate the anchor rod and anchoring agent.
4.Use the anchor rod to inject the anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole, start the mixing device to mix, and strictly control the mixing time according to the requirements of the resin anchoring agent.
5.After waiting for proper curing time, put on the anchor rod tray and tighten the nut to ensure that the anchor rod and tray are tightened firmly.
