Slit Tube Anchor Details
Slit Tube Anchor is a new type of anchor with full-length anchoring function, which can actively reinforce the surrounding rock. Its structure is characterized by a high-strength steel pipe with longitudinal slits, which can exert radial pressure on the drilled hole wall and friction to prevent the surrounding rock from sliding down, effectively improving the stability of the surrounding rock during installation. In addition, the anchor is also equipped with pallet pallets to provide additional bearing force, so that the surrounding rock is in a three-way force state, realizing strong support for the rock layer. Under blasting, vibration and other conditions, the anchor has a solid anchoring force, even if the surrounding rock is displaced, the anchor can still maintain the support resistance, showing superior characteristics than the traditional rising shell anchor.
Sewn tube anchor rod technical requirements:
First of all, the surface of the anchor rod needs to be flat, no serious strains, rust and corrosion, etc. The weld must be free of cracks, pores and slag entrapment and must not be burned through the wall of the pipe. The pallet should be able to move freely on the rod, and the interface position of the retaining ring and the opening of the sewing tube should be misaligned with each other between 1700-1900 as the best. Secondly, in terms of strength, the pull-off force of the weld of the retaining ring should not be less than 80kN, the ultimate tensile force of the rod body should reach or exceed 110kN, the initial anchoring force should be more than or equal to 25kN/m, and the bearing capacity of the pallet should reach or exceed 65kN. These technical requirements ensure that the sewing tube anchors in the project have reliable strength and stability, and can effectively support the enclosing rock structure.
Precautions for installation of sewing tube anchor:
1、Before loading anchoring medicine roll, first insert the anchor into the hole to test the depth of the anchor eye, to see whether the depth of the hole meets the requirements, if the depth is not enough, the eye should be re-drilled to meet the requirements until.
2、Installation, firstly, load the anchoring rolls into the eye according to the specified quantity (use 2 rolls), and then insert the anchor rod. At this time, set up the connecting sleeve, insert the wind anchor, start the wind anchor to rotate, slowly advance to the bottom of the eye, stir 20s, stop drilling, remove the wind anchor, wait for 5min before removing the connecting sleeve. 20min later, put on the pallet, tighten the nut with a wrench.
3, the pallet should be tightly attached to the rock wall, if the rock wall is not flat, use handaxe to level it first, and then install it.
4、Its anchoring force shall not be less than 50KN/root.
