Basic operation steps of anchor rod:

1. Design the anchor rod support parameters according to the surrounding rock lithology and geological conditions, and select resin anchors of suitable specifications.

2. The drilling depth should be 60~80mm less than the length of anchor rod to ensure the effectiveness of anchor installation.

3. After drilling, use pressurized air to remove floating dust and water inside the hole to ensure the hole is clean.

4. Installation of anchor rods: Send the anchor rods slowly to the bottom of the hole, start the agitator to drive the rotation, mix the anchoring agent and play the role of anchoring. In which the mixing time and rotating speed should be operated according to the regulations.

5. After finishing mixing, wedge the pole body immediately, and do not move the pole body during the waiting time to ensure the anchoring quality.

6. After reaching the specified waiting time, install the tray and tighten the nut to reach the designed anchoring force.

7. Check the anchoring agent before use to ensure that the texture is soft and the appearance is intact. If there is any abnormality, prohibit the use.

8. After installation, check the anchoring quality and test the anchoring force. If found not meeting the requirements, remedial measures should be taken in time.
