Usage:
1.According to the surrounding rock lithology, geological conditions, design anchor support parameters, according to the requirements of construction operations to select the resin anchoring agent specifications, models.
2.For the convenience of word anchor installation, the depth of drilling hole should be 60~80mm less than the length of anchor.
3.After the anchor hole is drilled, before installing the anchor, pressurized air should be used to remove floating dust and water in the hole.
4.Installation of anchor rods: use the anchor rod to slowly send the anchoring agent to the bottom of the hole, then start the agitator to drive the rod to rotate, advance the rod to the bottom of the hole at a uniform speed, mix and stir the two components of the anchoring agent, and play the role of anchoring. Select the rotational speed of the mixing machinery ≥ r/min, and the mixing time is operated according to the time specified in Table I. It is strictly prohibited to turn on the mixer in the case that the anchoring agent is not delivered to the bottom of the hole.
5.After the end of mixing, wedge the rod in time, and do not make the rod move during the waiting time to ensure the quality of anchoring.
6.After meeting the waiting time specified in Table I, the nut can be tightened on the pallet, and the designed anchoring force can be reached after reaching the bearing time.
7.Anchoring agent must be carefully checked before use color and feel, soft texture, appearance intact can be used. If there is hardening, caking, rupture, deterioration and other abnormal phenomena, prohibit the use.
8.After the installation, the anchoring quality should be checked, and the anchoring force should be tested according to the regulations. If the anchoring force is found to be not in accordance with the requirements, remedial measures should be taken.
