General Anchor Rod Use:

1. Determine the anchor hole position according to the design requirements and use the drilling rig to drill the holes. Ensure the accuracy of the hole position and compliance with the design requirements.

2. Use pressurized air to blow clean the rock dust and debris in the hole to ensure the hole is clean.

3. Feed the anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole and use the anchor rod to hold the anchoring agent against it and start mixing. Mixing should be carried out for the time specified according to the type of anchoring agent.

4. After completing the mixing, remove the mixing apparatus. Wait for the anchoring agent to reach the specified waiting time.

5. At the end of the waiting time, remove the mixing connector and install the anchor disk, ball washer and friction washer.

6. Use special wrench to tighten the nut to ensure the connection between anchor and rock body is tight and reliable.
