Mining anchor support can not be separated from resin anchors, anchors, steel straps, anchor trays, nuts and other materials, all have certain requirements. Material requirements for anchor support: steel belt or reinforcing beam: the tensile strength of the material should not be less than 360MPa.

Mining anchor manufacturers should provide qualified and stable products. The color of the hardener in the anchoring agent shall comply with the provisions of the industry standard. The performance, characteristics, external dimensions, mixing time, initial setting time and proper use of the anchoring agent shall be described in the product specification. Mixing of anchoring agents from different manufacturers within the mine with resin anchoring agents is not allowed.

The warehouse manager in charge of bolt holders shall register the name, specification, quantity, production date, arrival time and distribution of each batch. The storage period shall not exceed the requirements of the product specification, and the temperature of the warehouse shall be 4-25℃. Anchor rods (including truss tie rods, etc.): metal rod body tensile yield strength of not less than 320MPa, tensile strength of not less than 500MPa, elongation rate of not less than 16.

a. Determine the position of anchor holes according to the design requirements, and drill the holes with drilling rigs.

b. Blow out the rock dust in the hole with pressurized air.

c. The diameter of the drilling hole should be 6-12mm larger than the diameter of the anchor rod.

d. Send the anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole with the anchor rod, start the mixing device for mixing, and strictly control the mixing time according to the requirements of resin anchoring agent.

e.Tighten the nut after reaching the waiting time.
