Rebar Anchor Description
The raw material of equal-strength rebar anchor is 20MnSi steel, which is heat-treated. Its elongation is not less than 15%, yield strength is not less than 335MPa, and breaking strength is not less than 490MPa. the compressive capacity of anchor rods is between 20 tons and 50 tons. The straightness tolerance of anchor rods is less than 2mm/m for φ18 to φ22 rods and less than 4mm/m for φ16 rods.
The head bearing capacity of threaded steel anchor should be not less than 75% of the breaking force of the parent material of the rod. The threaded steel anchor is used in conjunction with a right-handed equal-strength resin anchor, and the nut is an integrated nut body of a cylindrical column at the bottom end and a hexagonal/square/runway-shaped column with a threaded through-hole in the center. Rebar working principle
The working principle of equal-strength rebar-type resin anchors is the combination of metal rods and resin anchors. Firstly, the metal rod body is inserted into the hole which has been injected with anchoring agent according to the designed anchoring length. Then, through the stirring action, the anchoring agent begins to produce a chemical reaction and cures within a certain period of time, so that the metal rod body and the rock wall are bonded together.
After adding the protective net and load-bearing tray at the threaded end of the metal rod body, the nut is used to tighten it to achieve the purpose of support. The prestressed support thus formed can effectively control the stability of the coal rock roof, adapt to the movement of the peripheral rock, and reduce or eliminate the phenomenon of off-layer. 3. After drilling, use pressurized air or water to remove floating dust in the hole and load anchoring agent.
4. Use the mixer tool to drive the metal rod body, while mixing and advancing to the bottom of the hole. The mixing time should be less than the gel time of the anchor fixative.
5. Avoid moving the rod body during the waiting time.
6. After the specified waiting time, the bearing tray can be installed and the nut tightened. When the load bearing time is reached, the tensile strength test can be performed.
