Working Principle:
The working principle of longitudinal ribless rebar type resin anchor is to realize the firm bonding with coal rock through the combination of metal rod body and matching resin anchoring agent. According to the design needs, the anchor rods are inserted into the holes soaked with anchoring agent, and after curing by chemical reaction, a firm connection is formed. Longitudinal ribless rebar type resin anchor metal rod body use and installation:
1. Determine the position of the anchor according to the design requirements and make holes in the drilling machine.
2. Remove the rock chips in the hole using the pressurized wind machine.
3. Feed the anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole and use the anchor rod to fix the position and start mixing (the mixing time is specified according to the anchoring agent). After completing the mixing, dismantle the mixing equipment, wait for the specified time, remove the mixing connector, and install the anchor disk, ball washer, friction washer and nut. Finally, tighten the nuts using a special wrench.
