Working Principle:

1. Insert the metal rod body made of different strength materials into the holes which are pre-treated with anchoring agent.

2. Stirring causes the anchoring agent to produce a chemical reaction, bonding the metal rod body to the coal rock as one.

3. Attach a protective net and a load-bearing tray to the threaded end of the metal rod.

4. Use nuts to tighten the metal rods to realize the supporting function.

5. Form high-strength prestressed support to control the stability of the roof slab, adapt to the movement of the peripheral rocks, reduce the separation of layers, and avoid the collapse of the roof slab.

6. Combine different support forms and structures to form a prestressed support system, realize mechanical installation, and improve the safety and reliability of the support.

Installation Steps:

Select the appropriate metal rod body and anchoring agent according to the design requirements.

Drill holes in the pre-calibrated anchoring substrate to ensure that the hole diameter and depth match the selected anchor specifications.

After drilling the holes, remove floating dust from the holes, which can be cleaned using pressurized air or water, and load the anchoring agent into the holes.

Use the mixer tool to drive the metal rod body and push it to the bottom of the hole while mixing, ensuring that the mixing time is controlled within the anchoring agent gel time.

Avoid movement of the metal rod body during the waiting time to ensure anchoring effectiveness.

After the specified waiting time is reached, install the tray and tighten the nut for bearing. After the specified bearing time is reached, the tensile strength test can be conducted.
